A terrible thing happened this Monday morning…I pulled a muscle in my back while working out. It actually feels like my entire lower back and when I turn a certain way, the pain is so bad, I almost want to vomit.
And working crazy hours with very little rest does not allow much time for recovery. However, I kept ice on it as much as possible during the day, got down in the floor to do some stretches every few hours and spent my afternoon conference call lying flat on my back in the floor. This was my view…
I seriously do NOT have the time for this – not just because it slows me down, but I don’t want to miss out on anymore workouts this week. For the next 24 hours, I’m going to rotate between stretching, and applying ice and heat and throw in a few prayers for good measure.
And if that wasn’t bad enough, I came home to this little bunny fighting a battle of her own!
Poor little thing seems to get random coughs all the time. The doctor says the nebulizer usually hypes them up but not my baby girl, it knocks her right out! This was a picture of her trying to fight it!
